It becomes the first 3G-enabled Communicator, but is also one of the best connected devices that you will find with miniUSB socket, Bluetooth 2.0, and infrared.
The icing on the cake, however, is the built in GPS aerial which when used with Nokia's free Maps service means that you need never get lost. Pay for the full over-the-air navigation service, and it means that the E90 could also make your TomTom redundant. Now that's what we call convergence.
Undobtedly, the E90 is the most powerful Nokia Communicator ever created.

Samsung E840

The Samsung E840 mobile phone really is a magnificent device, with its sleek silver and grey finish and touch-sensitive keys it is the picture of elegance.
The Samsung E840 is the World's slimmest slide phone, beating the Samsung U600 by a hair's breadth at 10.6mm. Apart from its incredible thinness, it feels solid enough, weighing in at 99g and has a nice smooth glassy finish. Slim in profile, with nicely beveled edges and touch-friendly surface, this model has an understated, timeless character.
With just a little touch, the menus come to life and the device is ready to use. The keypad isn't the best, but it'll be fine unless you have particularly large fingers.
First thing that you'll notice is the huge (2.2 inch) ultra high resolution LCD display on the front. The camera is less impressive, being rated at 2 megapixels and lacking a flash.
View your downloads, play games, watch video clips, or simply shoot and snap with the luxury of one of the best quality screens. Caller ID displays text and photos. A built-in FM radio completes the scene. Connectivity is good, with support for Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0 and a TV-Out connection if you want to display pictures or videos directly onto your telly. It's quadband too, so you can take it anywhere abroad and it has a useful document viewer for viewing Word, Excel and Powerpoint files.
You can't fit a big battery in a phone this skinny, and the reality is that the E840 is challenged when it comes to battery life.

Main Features:

-2MP Camera with 4 x zoom
-Bluetooth connectivity
-70MB internal memory
-microSD card slot
-MP3 player
-FM radio

Nokia E65

The Nokia E65 is a 3G smartphone aimed squarely at business users it is targeted for them.
The E65 is a ’slider’ and, with dimensions of 105×49x15.5 mm and a volume of just 74cc, is one the smallest S60 devices announced thus far. The styling and design of the device add to this feeling; with rounded edges and soft materials, the E65 feels (subjectively) small in the hand.
The front is a mixture of a rubbery-feeling plastic (on the sides) and a plastic housing (on the front) for the screen and control keys. The back features leather-like material (battery cover) and the same rubbery plastic from the front (camera housing). These materials add up to a phone that is easy to grip and which feels comfortable to hold.
One of the selling points of the E65 is the fact that it can make Voice over IP (VoIP) calls using the integrated wireless LAN connection. Not only does it have WLAN (both 802.11b & 802.11g are supported), but it offers Bluetooth, USB and infrared too, so you ought to be able to connect it to just about anything.
It’s also quad band, so you can use it anywhere in the world. Have fun with video and MP3 players, plus a 2 megapixel camera and the ability to assign voices to ringtones, there’s plenty of ways to make this snazzy little number your own. Bring your contacts to life The E65 also makes it really easy to manage your contacts - you can talk, email, SMS, MMS and instant message any combination of people.

Obsession:ANOREXIA NERVOSA!

Most people in their mid-twenties go through a kind of developmental shock as they are confronted by new and different kinds of personal challenges in their lives. The woman is only recently no longer a young girl. There are new responsibilities to get hold of and has different expectations placed on her by others and herself. Some changes go on in her body as well. Whether she accepts those expectations or not, she still has to deal with them. This is a particularly stressful and often overwhelming time for an anorexic young woman.

If you take it fundamentally, anorexia nervosa is what you would call a psychiatric disease; it is one of those conditions that can have extremely adverse effects on the body, leading to some very serious health related problems, even to death, especially if it is left untreated. Known to most of us as the modern-day disease, anorexia nervosa is largely caused due to societal pressure and the very fact that women (and even some men) believe that slim is beautiful.
Taking this fact into consideration, many of the modern-day women, especially the teens, have now started to starve themselves and have developed some very serious eating disorders so as to lose weight. Stress and pressure are two of the main causes for the disease.
This is how the pattern goes – a person suffering from anorexia nervosa will become thinner and thinner with the passing of days, but to that particular person, it is just not enough. So, what happens is the person tries harder and harder to get thinner and this leads to several serious psychological problems.

Typically, an anorexic will shy away from socializing since he or she feels that being thin is the only way to be accepted by society on the whole. The common factor in most of these cases is that the person inflicted with the disease will usually deny having any problem at all.

Weight loss for good is the goal of anyone unhappy with their current size and shape. We all know that exercise and a balanced diet are the key factors in fat loss and weight reduction. It’s clear if you are eating more calories than you are burning off throughout the day, the result will be that the calories will be stored as fat.

The problem is that over the last 30 years, we have taken to eating more and more high calorie fast food and exercising less and less as we sit passively at desks, typing on keyboards, and talking on the phone. It’s the same case even for those of us who still work in manufacturing because the work now consists more in pressing buttons than actual physical labor. The final result of all this affects our mental condition. Why? Because we are not satisfied with our body and this will to lose weight can easily become an obsession.

But it's even worse than it seems. In our obsession for being thin, we've lost sight of what's healthy. Simply being thin, does not necessarily make you healthier. As incredible as it sounds you can be both anorexic and obese at the same time. You can weigh only 70 kg, but a significant % of that weight can be pure body fat.

This is because people who lose and maintain their weight through diet rather than exercise are likely to have major deposits of internal fat, even if they are otherwise slim. And the problem is getting worse The internal fat that surrounds vital organs like the heart, liver or pancreas is far more dangerous than the fat you can see under the skin. Obese people who exercise are actually at lower risk of mortality than thin people who are sedentary. For example, as crazy as it may sound the Sumo wrestlers have a better metabolic profile than some slim sedentary people , because the wrestlers' fat is primarily stored under the skin not throughout their vital organs. So, being thin being thin means nothing if you haven't exercised along with your caloric reduction. You make look "spectacular, " but internally you may be an obese walking.

The thing is that this desperate will of losing weight should be accomplished with calm and most important in time. If you will try to lose weight really quick and moreover without any physical effort, you may succeed but may also be sure that your body isn’t in such a good shape as it may seem. So what do you choose- a spectacular thin look or a healthy body ?!
